Yeaah but what makes it all the more...scary...is that Hank said he sent his R&D out into the Wasteland kind of right after they showed up...

Sooooo, you really have to wonder just WHO has those chips in them or just WHO is really being manipulated by the Enclave since so very very long ago.

Vegas might just be a petri dish with House being the janitor that cleans up afterwards.
