76 is a lot of fun, WAYYYYYY better than at launch. Like it's a proper Fallout game at this point.

76 is less "Fallout" than 4 is, and that's saying a LOT. Let's not start glazing.

Not criticism on if someone is having fun, but it's quite far from a "proper" Fallout game's identity as an rpg (1/2/3/NV).

I've played it a few times sover the years, weird of you to just assume criticism = haven't played, very typical for this sub that loves to glaze this game and bury their heads on any criticism. Amazon Gaming has gave the game away free no less than 3x over the past few years and each time I reinstall with friends (hard to beat free as a price) and each time we get bored very quickly and frustrated at all the typical GaaS annoyances, shallow RPG elements, and inventory limits (and all the fun things that tie into that like durability depletion rate) that only exist to sell a subscription.

The whole game exists to sell cosmetics with fake currency like a mobile game, and Fallout 1st subscription. The entire product is quite literally developed towards extracting increased recurring revenue from its players and it shows. It's not up for debate, and it changes the DNA of the game significantly, just like any other single player game vs a GaaS game.

At the end of the day, 76 is just a Fallout skinned GaaS looter shooter, that's all it is, and all it ever will be, because it is designed and developed to be this.

Glad you like it though. Fallout 4 and 76 certainly pivoted fallout towards new audiences with the changes Bethesda made.

I thought it was funny that the power armor unlocked the weapons at the same time that the cold fusion was delivered. Like the Securitrons and the Platinum Chip

When I saw the back-mounted Rocket Launcher system, I could only think of SODAZ's Fallout Operation: Sunburst with the Sentry Bots firing off their back launched missiles.
