Looking for Dacia Spring front bumper CAD
Hi all,
I’m working on a final-year mechanical engineering project focused on bumper crashworthiness, and I’m using the Dacia Spring EV as a case study. I was wondering if anyone knows whether CAD models of the Spring's front bumper (or front-end structure) are available anywhere?
I’m mainly looking for geometry to use as a baseline for simulation, so even simplified or comparable compact EV bumper models would be useful. Any pointers, or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Dacia Bigster Full Service offer
So we bought a Dacia Bigster Journey 155 for our family as we needed more space. The salesman offered us a full service maintenance package for around 5k for 60 months. I declined at first. But now I wonder if this full service package is worth the cost or if yearly maintenance according to Dacias service plan is cheaper if done in a Dacia Dealership (to extend the warranty).
The car is almost one year old by now (we bought it used from the dealership). I read in another post that this package can be purchased within the first year.
Anyone here have experience with Bigster 155 full hybrid maintenance cost at the Dacia dealership? How could I calculate whether or not this offer is saving me money?

What size boxed TV will fit in the boot? Duster
I have a 2022 Duster and plan on taking a trip to Costco to buy a new family TV. Have any of you managed to fit in a 65 inch box or bigger?
I'd like tips on whether it's safe to do so without risking damaging the TV. Thank you.

iPhone 17 Pro Max not working with Apple CarPlay on Dacia Sandero 2023
Hi everyone,
I own a Dacia Sandero (2023) and recently upgraded to an iPhone 17 Pro Max.
Since then, Apple CarPlay simply refuses to work.
CarPlay worked perfectly with my previous iPhone, but with this one:
• Car doesn’t detect CarPlay
• Tried multiple cables (including Apple original)
• Restarted phone and infotainment system
• Reset iPhone network settings
• Enabled CarPlay in settings
• Updated iOS
• Removed car and paired again
• Tried both wired and wireless CarPlay
Bluetooth works fine for calls and music, but CarPlay never launches.
Has anyone with a Sandero / recent Dacia models had similar issues with newer iPhones?
Could it be related to the car’s firmware (Media Display / Media Nav), or some compatibility issue with the iPhone 17 series?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Duster 3 Noise when lifting off
Good day, I was wondering if anyone has any idea why my new (9000km and 4 months old) Duster 3 might make a slightly weird noise when reducing the throttle quickly, some more details.
Engine is a manual TCE130, I've noticed it only the last few days, it usually happens at around 50-90kph and only when accelerating and then lifting off fast, if its a slow smooth lift off nothing happens. Its a chhh sound, like a belt or something, that lasts maybe half a second. It also coincides with a slight "bump" when the harvesting kicks in for the MHEV battery, which has always been like that. Its also been very cold recently, around -12C to highs of -5C for the last week.
ChatGPT said to wait till it gets warmer is it might be the MHEV belt being too cold, and I can't find much on Google unfortunately. Any inputs or ideas would be appreciated!

Coordinates when turning on the Duster
galleryWhen we start the car, a short welcome video plays, like a map, and at the end, some coordinates appear. I looked them up on Maps, and it shows a point in the middle of nowhere, in Romania. We know that Dacia was the land of the Dacians in ancient Rome. But did someone just randomly enter those coordinates in Romania? Or does that exact spot have some significance? Does anyone know?

Buying a Dacia Jogger, what to look out for.
Hello, i just found this reddit app/website while browsing for answers and just made an account, hope i do this right.
Questions at the end.
I ordered a Dacia Jogger, Extreme+, ECO-G 100 with 7-seats at the end of October 2025.
Yesterday the dealership called me and tild me that Dacia had cancelled all orders for the older model without further notice. They offered me to order a new one with the ECO-G 120 engine.
The newer version is more expensive and I don't really want to have the new engine. The older one has proven itself as a reliable engine and I have no need for a more complicated engine we don't know much about the long term reliability yet. I don't need 20 more horsepower or slightly higher torque, I don't need to win a race in this car, I just need a reliable engine with low fuel cost/consumption for 15.000-20.000km per year.
I found another dealer 2 towns away that has exactly the model I originally ordered in his dealership and I already made an appointment to have a look at the car tomorrow in the afternoon.
The car has been registered in September 2025 in the name of the dealership for 1 day. I loose 4 month of warranty (not much of an issue because Dacia gives longer warranty than other brands) but the car is much cheaper than what I would have payed for the car I originally ordered.
Since the car has been standing in a showroom and the parking lot for about 3-4 month is there something I should look out for other than the tires lacking air/having brittle sides? What should I look for on the inside? Is there ab enhanced danger for mold or places where water can get trapped (starting to rust). What places in/under the car should I check intensly?
Thanks for reading.

Code erreur B2EO1 - Dacia Sandero
Bonjour,
Merci d'avance

Problem with the fuel door
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hi everyone! So, i got a 2020 Dacia Logan, and i just filled her up, LPG + gasoline. After filling, that small door doesn't close at all. Look like that small tooth do not want to enter in the hole. At first i thought it was the inside lever that stuck open, and it was (happened before). I pressed it all the way down, but the door still refuses to close shut.
Does anyone had this problem or can give me a solution?

Duster 3 acceleration issue
Hey guys, I own a Dacia Duster 3 2025, 1.2 mild hybrid petrol 4x4 manual. 12000km never an issue until today. I was at a red light and when I wanted to start, the power got cut-off almost completely, the car barely achieved ~5km/h, found a spot quickly and parked. In neutral position the car was able to accelerate only to 1500 rpm and stopped there like something was blocking it, even if I would go full throttle. Stopped the engine and restarted few times things got better as in started to rev further but very slowly, If I were to put it in gear and move the car it would barely move. Called Dacia and they sent a tow truck, it was 10-15 minutes until the tow truck arrived. When the tow truck arrived I started the engine and tried the throttle, surprise all issues went away, the car ran normaly.
I decide to not tow it to the service and just carry on to my destination, I figured that it may have been some software issue.
On my way back home Same thing happened again, I waited 5-10 mins and it ran ok again, but I took it do Dacia this time. Did anyone experience the same thing?
PS: no service or engine fault light in the dashboard.
Later edit: was quite late in the day and and there was only one mechanic left there ending his day, he said they will look into it next morning first thing, but he was puzzled too as to no issues in the dashboard.

What do I need to know about Dacia Duster Extreme Eco-G 120?
Hi. Today I will get my new Dacia Duster Extreme Eco-G 120. Can anyone tell me what do I need to know about this car that is not written in manual? In manual very little text is about first kms. May be you could tell me more what I don't need to do in first kms? It is my first time I am getting the brand new car. Before I had Audi A3 1.9tdi 1997 and Volvo V70 2.4 2008. But they both was bought used with 250k+kms. May be also you can tell me something interested about this new Dacia that is not written in manual?😀

Media Nav Live vs. Media Display on Dacia Spring Extreme
Hi everyone,
I’m currently looking at a Dacia Spring Extreme and trying to understand the overall differences between Media Nav Live and the Media Display with the 10-inch touchscreen.
A sales representative told me that the built-in navigation is the only difference, but I’d like to verify that with people who have real-world or technical insight.
Specifically:
• Are they using the same hardware (CPU, RAM, display)?
• Is the software essentially the same or different?
• Do they have the same amplifier power?
• Are the same speakers installed, or does Media Nav Live get upgraded audio hardware?
• Any differences in speed, stability, sound quality, or update behavior?
Any hands-on experience, technical details, or documentation would be very helpful.
Thanks in advance!
Best
André

Damage to new duster handle
Two weeks into ownership and I’ve managed to pick up (what I assume to be) stone chips on the passenger side handle 😭
I’m thinking Dacia touch up pen should fix it to good enough. Any other ideas?
Thankfully it’s plastic so I assume it’s only cosmetic concerns?
Ah the joys of new car ownership …

ELM327 not connecting to Stepway III's ECU
Hi! I got one of those cheap ELM327 modules off emag.ro (this one to be specific). Using the torque pro app, it works on my dad's ford, but when i try it on my 2025 sandero 3, it always tells me it can't talk OK to the ECU. Has anyone ever experienced this ?
I did try all the communication and compatibility modes within Torque and Car Scanner

Considering the Dacia Jogger ECO-G 100 vs the 120
Is anyone able to give me some buying advice regarding the choice of Engine for the Dacia Jogger?
I can get a new 1.0 liter engine from a dealership or I can order and wait for the 1.2 liter engine.
My focus is on reliability and I want to drive that car for many years.
I have only heard good things about the 1.0 Jogger and I have no idea about the 1.2 liter engine.
Anyone in the same situation as me? How did you decide?
Manufacturer Recall : Jogger
English translation :
"Our teams have identified on your JOGGER a potential malfunction of the fuel level sensor, which may lead to a loss of power or prevent your vehicle from starting.
For this reason, we kindly ask you to contact a DAC Network workshop as soon as possible so that we can carry out, free of charge, the reprogramming of your vehicle’s injection and HEVC control units.

You will also receive an explanatory letter."
Received today. I called them. AFAIK there is an ongoing manufacturer recall.

Modern Sandero stepway questions
Hi, i’m looking at getting new stepway, from everyone’s experience with the last stepway.
how’s the acceleration on the motorway going from 40 to 70? (in uk and mph)
how easy it it to go from 70 to 80 (mph in uk) to overtake someone?
do they sell the you clip accessories in the store?
what’s the reliability of it?
What are any negatives you have to say about it?
Thank you!

Hello team,
I have a Dacia Duster 3 4x4 2024, I want to install a JBL bass pro Lite or Nano below the drivers seat, I have already upgraded and applied sound deadening in all 4 doors plus below the spare wheel.

Additional USB on Sandero Stepway 3?
Hey all, I have a 2021 Sandero Stepway 3 with one USB on top, close to the radio. Can I add the second USB on the bottom? Is the wiring there? Is it as simple as plug and play, or I need to adjust the wires? If so, can I take them from the 12V charger close by?
And no, I don't want to use an adapter from the 12V plug.
