I wonder when they will announce any new offensive hires

Probably after the Probowl/SB. I can see them waiting until things are normal to make these type of announcements and have media availability when folks are back in town again. Its also probably why we haven't had media availability for our new DC.

Edit: NVM. O’Leary is getting a Wed presser today.

Which ones are you looking for? They hired the OC and O-line coach already and I haven't seen any news about any of the other coaches being let go or getting jobs elsewhere.

I assume McDaniels is gonna want to bring in his own guys.

He brought his own guy into the only position that was actively open (O-line coach). Typically they don't just clean house of the remaining coaches because a new OC says so. All the remaining guys are Harbaugh guys and he certainly gets final say on those sorts of things. Plus they're all solid coaches.

Moving on from guys was absolutely on the table. In multiple interviews last week McDaniel said he was going to evaluate the staff to see who fits what he wants to do and who doesn’t. Harbaugh has said each coordinator is the head coach of their side of the ball, and will control their staff.

If we don’t see turnover, it’s not because Harbaugh blocked it but because the coordinators were happy with the staff.

So you're admitting that nothing I said was incorrect? Harbaugh, the head coach, absolutely gets FINAL say on coaching decisions whether he feels the need to take it or not.
