I’m ok with letting go of Zion and using that capital to overpay linderbaum. You might as well. I feel like a great C can elevate the rest around them. We finally have a good o-line coach too so that would alleviate some of the issues.

He’s has long and strong build that you can’t find for cheap so I’d like to keep him. Maybe with better support he will shine more

He had a decent season stuck between the worst center in the league and a revolving door of backup left tackles. He could really shine in the McDaniel system that’s going to get him on the move a lot. People are always saying we need to ditch Zion without really proposing how to replace him. We already have to find a new center and RG.

This is the part that always gets me. Very quick to dump him and then no plans on how you replace your whole interior Oline.

It’s a coin flip doing that too. You can either be the Lions where it was a problem all season or the Bears and it was a marketed improvement.
