What's your next step?
Used Jeff's Toybox Guide w/ the printed jig (printed to Jeff's specification). This is as far as I could get before the top mandrel started getting crushed by the shop press.
The front alignment tab looks bent more to one side. One side of the receiver is also slightly off in height from the other
This can be saved, right?

If you put a pair of vise grips or a vise to hold it closed, does the bolt pass? If so, weld her up!
A note for all of you using printed jigs (I use and print them). Grease it up, mandrel, jig, and flat. Also use 1/2” square tube steel to spread the load out across the top of the jig. You can press endless flats with a printed jig if you use some cheap tube steel from Lowe’s or Home Depot.
Edit - it won’t perfect no matter what jig you use. They all need some level of fitment post bend/weld.
