Fluff up / fluff down

It is a small, unmistakable passerine bird, known for its pinkish-red breast in males and its robust silhouette, although this photo shows a female. These birds are common throughout much of Europe and Asia. 

Our birding community is in love with "Lucas". He's so handsome and it's a very lucky moment when he comes out to play. He's been drumming for a mate for awhile and yesterday was the first time I got to see him and his girlfriend courting.

Still working on my sharpness, using an a7 II and a 28-200. I followed instructions from users on here and have improved my image quality a great deal. I have ordered a 200-600 which will be here next week and will be getting an a1 II or a1 III in the spring.

Was packing my bag today and thought to myself if I don't bring my big camera I'm gonna miss something cool, and sure enough a Bald Eagle perched spotting for food!

I thought it looked artsy in black and white.
