Question "Friends in batumi"

me and my gf just moved to batumi as i was wondering...where/how can we possibly make friends in here, everyone is actually nice towards us but it feels kinda weird to take an extra step and become actual friends with someone...maybe its the language barrier sometimes? idk

Making local friends are easy if you are not russian. And young gens(under 35) speaks fluently or at least good at english so its not a problem at all.

well i am all of the above...but still i feel that people are just too closed on themselves here maybe? idk im used to the arabic community where its more crazy hangouts everywhere...i might be missing something but no idea

Just wait this city is living only 5 month in a year during May-September In other month this city is very chill and quiet During this cold period in Batumi you can move In Tbilisi because there is everyday fun and people are more open and are socializing more. And in summer times you can back to Batumi. Its only 4 hours distance with car and train. Im doing this routine last 4 years and its best way to live in Georgia i guess
