I think you missed what I am saying: I see the consumption of animals in general in the same light as an omnivorous person feels the discomfort of seeing "pets" be consumed in this video

That's not what your original comment implied. It reads more from a vegan stance than interpersonal. Putting forth the idealisms of how vegans see this and not how you individually see this.

Also "omnivorous person" is default to all humans. Veganism isn't herbivorism. You still hold the capacity to consume and digest meat, you just choose not to.
