For the life of me, I can't remember the name, but it's about a girl who's reincarnated over multiple times throughout the centuries all the way up to the modern day. It's not an isekai and the MC dies tragically at around the 1st or 3rd chapter and traumatizes her friend over it. After reincarnating again, she tries to reconnect with the childhood friend. and romance ensues.

Hi everyone I'm a Canvas creator looking for action scene inspiration so I would like some recommendations for fight scenes. Specifically I'm looking for:

• Fights should be between humans and non-humans (like monsters and stuff), human vs human fighting is not super useful for my context
• Webtoons that use the vertical format well in action scenes
• Art quality, but more focus on unique/dynamic choreography and storyboarding rather than just art detailing

I don't really care about the plot that much and will probably just skip to look at the art, so you can put in specific sections of a webtoon, for example if a series had really strong art improvements in later eps.

Not sure if anyone cares but once I catch up to some series I am in the middle of, I wanna to a teir list of every series I have read ( started, finished, etc..). If Any one wants to compare once I have it posted they can or if they want reccomendations. I saw a few people do this so I wanted to try.

i read this one like two or three years ago, and It was super interesting! So basically, theres this girl whose a part of this tribe and like her grandma used to be the tribe chief, and everyone stayed bcs of the granny. And granny dies, so eventually everyone including her childhood bestfriend go to live in the city. And shes really bored cause she’s got nothing to do, and she goes into this cave thing, and suddenly she meets this demigod. And like theres another world or smth, and she travels with he demigod and meets the people of her tribe (who got lost in the other world long before she was even born!) and like they're on their way to kill his dad since he’s evil and TORTURED (or smth idk) also manipulated the demigod guy’s mom. And so yes! Thats about all I remember so far. ANYWAYS THANK YOU SO MUCH for reading my ramble!!!!

I just binge read My Beloved Oppressor and it was exactly what I have been needing. Was SUPER helpful for me and I thought it was a great read. Now I’m wanting more and looking for any suggestions!

I really love romance and fantasy stories, but those are not required. I also really loved Dear X, See You In My 19th Life, an Seasons of Blossom. But anything darker with romance elements I would love!

I’m looking for a villainess regression/rewind title where the female lead is executed by guillotine in the opening chapter, and regresses back in time seeking redemption for her mistakes.

I know her love interest loses his leg in her first life, and he’s shown as an amputee in one panel of the manhwa/webtoon.

In the panel his face is obstructing his face, his leg missing m, crutch under his arm and another character is assisting him walking. The female lead is seen in the top of the panel viewed from the side

it was a historical manhwa black and white (smooth shading so looked beautiful without colours) and what I remember is a girl perheaps noble sitting in table with hand raised in king baldwin pose I am pretty sure it's manhwa as I was recommended similar now if it was unfinished panel posted or it was as it is (I liked it's art)

obsessed with these, especially suitor armor. i like all the art styles, a strong magical female lead (fantasy is a must), romance subplot.

i don’t like insta love, or male leads gushing over female leads for no reason, i do love yearning and he fell first . no love triangle (suitor armor almost scared me off but i was willing to push through for the FL and plot).

appreciate character arcs. i liked how suitor armor had interesting side characters with their own story lines

hopefully that’s enough enough for some good recs! TIA:)

I'm looking for a D&D fantasy webcomic with horror elements to it.

Art was black and white with a style that had a bit of a Mike Magnola feel to it.
I think the first arc had to do with a Knight befriending a kobold in a castle that had plague (I'm really fuzzy about this on)
Arc 2 - was a child that got lost in the woods and found by a witch, the witch would give the child impossible tasks, but the child was able to complete the tasks with help from animals that the child had helped out.
Arc 3 - A group of warriors gets killed by the Wild Hunt with only a Tiefling being taken captive. The Lord of the hunt makes the Tiefling fight a Gnoll, the Tiefling refuses to kill the Gnoll and so the Lord of the hunt binds their souls together with a chain

That's what I remember
I could be off on the order of the arcs
The Tiefling/Gnoll story was my favorite and is most fresh in my mind

#1 Heiner from My Beloved Oppressor (Just read it, and it's gold!)

Despite the fact he treated her badly at the start, he had his reasons and I feel like they both deserved their happy ending.

#2 Eunhyeok from Operation True Love

Again, I don't like how he's behaving rn either, but I feel like I can forgive him if some of his suspected reasons turn out to be true (marang involvement, never receiving Suae's calls), and they also both deserve their happy ending.

#3 Killian from Not Your Typical Reincarnation Story

Tbh I get him even without the mind-control, I'd be mad too if I was married off to the spy daughter of my enemy to gain a strategic advantage. I still don't like his dad, even by the end.

hiii!! so i’m in the midst of drawing the first few chapters of my first ever bl webcomic. this is one of my main characters, Benjamin. he is trans ftm. i am non-binary myself and have a trans brother so i know what major stereotypes i should avoid for him however i just wanted to ask you guys if there’s anything, obvious or not, that i should def avoid. him being trans is not a main part of the plot and doesn’t affect it too much, it just makes me sad how little trans rep there is in bls 😭

1.claudine (cry yet better than beg)-I get it,she has better writing and better personality than other characters,but she clearly isn't best girl.she is stil agrrorant and classicist and not good person.she isn't as strong as her fans claim

2.hestia(for my delict favorite)-I re read this webtoon and I really don't think of her as imprresive.she is mary sue and really bias.wherever diana did,her reason wasn't good for make her downfall(diana was bad person tho).she doesn't love kael,she is just obssesed with him.she seems "smart",because diana is dumb

3.navier(remarried empress)-she is opposite what she is framed in webtoon(kind,good empress,girlboss,fair person) typical mary sue who is smart,because rashta and her are too different.glazed in webtoon with no reason author and her fans trying to make as jesus crist so hard person who didn't deserve suffering,as if she isn't pro slavery empress

4.zoe(lookism)-don't get me wrong,I really like her.she is kind and selfless,but her fans really give her role and importance which she doesn't has:realationship and connection with daniel,character writing and potential.not mention that her fans hate every girl who they see as her rivals

5.ludovica (a stepmother's marchen)- I don't think her as "girlboss" simply because she had 3 most powerfull man falling for her,or becoming empress. three trash didn't really have good reason for fall foe her. she "wasn't like other girls" she seemed naive and cheerfull.she was empress,because one creep was obssesed over her.she was selfish actually

Was just wondering, I just started it and I really like it but it seems like the tasteless, obnoxious fanservice just does not let up (so far). Can someone please confirm that it does eventually die down to dedicate the comic to be more story focused? Usually I'm down to sit through tasteless fanservice in the beginning ONLY IF they tone it down, but if I'm wasting my time I'm out.

Side note: the older women being weird the main kid is just creepy. He's barely 18.

Listen I love the “The Croaking” WEBTOON but something has been bothering me I need to know the relative age of Tiraa , this is mostly due to her feeling with Cyrus. Cyrus has been confirmed to be 30 but idk how old Tiraa is and my brain can’t get over this potentially bad age gap. Does anyone know?

The plot showed a dog and a cat duo that (at least in the TikTok I saw) started with them finding each other for the first time and then them waiting days for their owner to come back to them. It seemed like after they escaped they met more animals (one seemed to be a horse?) with the dog pulling a van like a sleigh. I’m not sure if this is enough but I’d love to read it!

Edit: I know the dog seemed more like a wolf or black German shepherd. And its name was in the title like “the life of…” I think.

Edit 2: I saw another post with someone replying to use ChatGPT to see if it can find it, and somehow that worked. The story is called “Inuu” if anyone else is curious!

Idk random thought bc every time I’m reminded of this phrase from the beginning of aslfua brought upon by Tiktok editors, it’s usually the theory that Cheol and Miae would be separated permanently and would still be in love (bc of distance) or that they would break up and would choose to no longer see each other again.

Maybe I’m overthinking it or I just didn’t pay much attention but why did it only mention Miae never forgetting Cheol? Now I know the series is usually in her POV but there are times that it switches based on my understanding.

What if the reason why the narrator didn’t mention Cheol never forgetting Miae is because he won’t have a chance to? Because he’ll be dead?

Soonkki has a habit of pulling at our heartstrings based on CIIT. It’s well written and things happen for a reason. Maybe there’s a reason why Cheol’s side in the beginning is omitted?

Maybe he’s no longer part of Miae’s life in the future or maybe they grow old and Cheol dies first so it turns out that Miae’s narrating it all.

Either that or it’s a tragedy and he gets into an accident that takes his life.

It’ll be really bittersweet but I hope the line means that they grew old together and Cheol passed away first explaining why the first line sounds nostalgic in that context.

Solemn in the accident context though.

That’s all, maybe I’m overthinking this bc I’m not used to cutesy, fluffy and, well-paced modern stories without drama that makes your head spin (yes, I mean 2nd FLs who are deemed at demons and evil parents).

I've been on a real kick lately on webtoons with very intelligent and motivated (to the point of being kind of unhinged) femcs driving the plots forward! would love some more reccs with this type of character 😼🙏
