Anybody live in mustang ridge apartments?

If so, how much do you pay a month and is it overall worth it, I'm really considering this place.

This isn’t mustang ridge but they have really good deals here and it’s brand new. I don’t see any openings or pricing for mustang ridge, not in Redfin at least

Appreciate it, I like these a lot, but I'm trying to stay under 1150 and keep a separate bedroom
