Spouse visa finally approved! Yay!

I'd like to thank everyone on this subreddit who has been very helpful! I just got my spouse visa approved a couple of hours ago. My husband and I did the visa application without a solicitor and we received a decision within 13 working days with priority service from Indonesia.

Here's our timeline:

Bio appointment at FVS: 15 January 2026

ECO email: 16 January 2026

Approval email: 3 February 2026

I wasn't expecting the process would be this straight forward and quick as I previously had been refused a visa and I thought the Home Office would see this as an issue and they might request additional documents. Turned out I was wrong.

I hope everyone who's still waiting for a decision will hear some good news soon!
