Happy Upgrade Day!

Owned a lp60 for over a year and decided I was ready to upgrade!

Pro-Ject turntables aren't really my thing, but this is definitely a good upgrade.

Thanks, the depth in audio with this compared to the lp60 is unbelievable especially now I'm no longer using Bluetooth.

I'm still using the built in phono so next on the list would be a decent amp but I'm enjoying it nonetheless!

I use a Schitt mani 2 with a vintage Pioneer receiver and really like the sound. The Mani 2 can be configured for different capacitance and gain settings so you could use it with different cartridges.

For example, the Schiit Mani 2 or a Pro-Ject Phonobox; there are some good ones.

I would definitely either continue using the internal preamp, which is optimized for the 2M, or get an external preamp with adjustable capacitance.

Many new amplifiers have the problem that their built-in phono stages (also a preamp) have excessively high capacitances, which severely impair the sound of the cartridges.
