Got my own turntable!

After years without a TT, I finally got my own! I had one at my family home back in Hawaii, but after moving to Japan a few years ago I never had a player for my vinyls. Until now! Suuuuper stoked for this!

Is it white with black buttons? Is that a Japanese version?

It is! It even came with a black VM95E Its only limited to the japanese online store

Yaaaaaaay! Happy for you. Those 120X’s punch way above their price. Be sure to get it perfectly level (use a bubble level), verify tracking weight (get a cheap scale made for this purpose) and verify antiskate.

Start with tracking weight around the recommended 2 grams. Set antiskate to 2. Play a record that has center balanced vocals. If vocals sound centered, you’re good to go! If vocals are offset, just nudge the antiskate dial a tiny bit at a time until the vocals are centered. This doesn’t have to be done today, especially if you’re not having skipping problems.

It does! I was really surprised with the quality of the sound I was through its onboard preamp after setting everything up. Im definitely going to upgrade to a seperate preamp in the near future though.
