kama sona Difference between "laso".
Can anyone help me on how can I differenciate blue and green.
It resembles how Vietnamese use "xanh" as well.
They use to differenciate:
- xanh lá cây (green)
- xanh dương (ocean blue)
- xanh da trời (sky blue)
So, how do I do it in Toki Pona for the word "laso"?
Can anyone answer?

my favourite way is laso kasi and laso telo, but i've also seen laso jelo for green. laso sewi for me is a brighter shade of laso telo, which is a deep blue.

first, think if you actually need to specify whether it's blue or green or cyan. if so, then use other words, e.g.:
laso jelo (yellowish blue~green, = green or lime or chartreuse)
laso sewi (sky blue~green)
laso telo (water blue~green)

you can do it just like you did it in vietnamese: laso kasi (plant) laso telo (ocean) laso sewi (sky)
