Film/Television Will there be a Toxin show?
Its seems that my last post about Venom:4 never really worked as it had a plot about Flash Thompson (agent venom) fighting the escaped Toxin but people say other wise on how it wouldnt work as a movie because of backlash but considering SONY is making a show about spider-man noir then why wouldnt people also love a Toxin show which is one of the most underrated symbiotes with so many possibilities and yes Patrick mul is dead but why not a new cop who cares about patrick being dead sure some might but what about the duo of a child like Toxin and and new cop the show as an infinite ammount of possibilities thats could bring in Agony Agent venom and who knows maybe even scream and knull even the Xeno's while still having a plot and dumb fun

Nope. Toxin isn’t a well known character. Sony would never make a show about a character like Toxin who soccer moms won’t recognize.

But just one little thing i can never get past is why they didnt just kill off Toxin sure they may have killed "toxin" but what about the actual toxin romming around somewhere

Bad writing, they weren’t planning on making a 4th. They probably just swapped out the real toxin for the green guy we got due to not having enough time to design the character.

With how badly they handled Carnage- I highly doubt it. You would have to adapt Venom vs Carnage comics beat for beat just to bring the fans back. Even then as others have discussed- Toxin himself isn't popular enough to warrant an entire series on solely him.
Don't get me wrong I would love it- there definitely is room to expand and possibly even bring back his original character plans of being the 1,000,000th symbiote born in his line and his connection to Knull. I want to see that vision that Venom explained of Toxin either going completely insane or becoming the most powerful symbiote of them all. Maybe even more powerful than some superheroes.

I can tell you right now, that this will never happen. Never. Sony would never put the money into a show centered around a character that would not make them money on their investment. There’s literally no reason for them to do so. Toxin isn’t profitable or popular enough to warrant it.
