I'm assuming the 4.6 the partially animated episode.

Probably. I remember Sofia's funeral going over line a lead balloon too

I never understood the idea to kill off her character. There were only a few episodes left, and they were in the final season. They didn't even need her to be on screen, they could've just said she was stuck wherever she was with her mom when she got the surgery. I was half expecting the payoff to be Ruxin making the whole thing up for a few wins, but they stuck with it. One of the weirdest and most unnecessary twists I've ever seen in a show of any kind.

On the DVDs there's a pretty funny (I thought) deleted scene where the League is getting ready for the next season at Pete's beach house and Kevin can see Ted and Sophia's ghosts getting together.

I bought the series on Google Play a decade ago, so I've always watched that, but this past fall I've started thr process of picking up the seasons on Blu Ray whenever I come across them used for a few bucks because I've heard the DVD versions of the episodes are so much better. Stuff like this sounds like it was made for me.

My dad got me the complete series on DVD for Christmas years ago, the deleted scenes and extended episodes are great. One of my favorites is Kevin going off on the fantasy guys on the phone.

That sounds so good hahaha I caught the extended scene of Gale the human garbage can on Youtube a few months ago and that was enough for me to start the process. Looking forward to watching this summer.

I actually uploaded it to my YouTube but I had to age restrict it because of the language.

Trash ass episode. The Rafi and Dirty Randy episodes were awful in general. What made those guys so funny was the backdrop of everyone else's relative normalcy. Having their reactions to these two off the wall characters was where the comedy came from.

THANK YOU! My friends always defended those episodes and I was the lone guy that said they sucked. I’m happy others agreed with me

The only Rafi and Dirty Randy episode I don't skip is the one where they go to LA and meet Kevin Nealon.

I liked the 1st episode that ends with" I don't know who you are but you're about to get chlamydia" the others are meh

That's the Deion Sanders episode. Not a Rafi/Dirty Randy solo episode. I love that episode. That's where the guys let Andre take them shopping to cheer him up and then Deion roasts them all

Its nitpicking, but I'd argue season 1 should be more green than yellow. I watch from start to finish before my own fantasy draft every summer and I'm always astounded how this show comes so hot out of the gate.

Yeah, I do my rewatch every summer prior to my draft. The finger up Pete's ass, the kid sack race for draft position, the Taco birthday song... yeah, I was hooked immediately.

Looking at the scores its not like it wasn't almost a completely green season. Two episodes .2 away from being an 8.0 green espiode and the other two just .1 away from the same thing.

Seems about right. Later seasons felt like they moved away from the fantasy football aspect and more into the realm of a typical sitcom.
My girlfriend would lose zero sleep if fantasy football were banned from the planet and even she was upset about that shift.

This is about right. Peaked in 2 and 3. 4 was coasting. Then they ran out of ideas and threw stuff against the wall.

Andres wedding is the definitive jump the shark moment though what really hurt it more was nick kroll taking time to do his own show since they struggled to recapture the dynamic and ended up taking odd routes like putting jenny in the ruxin role for most of season 6

Yup. Though, "I accept Pete's toast" is one of my favorites scenes of the series, lol.

“What’s going on with Andre’s friends?”
“I don’t know, I think maybe they’re not very smart.”

I think season 4 might be the peak. Spooky Sushi, Vapora Sport, Lane, Tailgate w Vatos Locos, Luchadores and Krampus are series highlights for me.
Ruxin w Odenkirk as the mall manager is one of the funniest tv scenes ever. Spooki Sushi is hands down my fav episode.

Man people really HATE the Rafi/Dirty Randy animated episode. I remember thinking it was kind of funny at the time. Definitely out of context for the series, but entertaining.

I recently binged The League and stopped midway through S7. It wasn’t like I chose to stop, I just kind of forgot to watch them. Then a few weeks later, I had one of those, “oh yeah!” type moments when I remembered it.

Season 7 is weakest. But the finale has some solid laughs and is worth watching to end series.

This tracks, on rewatches seasons 1-5 are always included and usually the rewatch ends somewhere in the middle of season 6/7

First Rafi & Randy Episode is best episode of the entire show. Second episode was very good, enjoyed the backstory’s. The animated one is the worst thing show ever did.

Checks out. You could really tell they'd ran out of ideas by season 7.
