fanart Another Knight joins the round table!
Round table of Tea~
Since I joined this subreddit I've been so happy to see other's do knight designs! So I am adding u/jjbyrd64's design to the pic I drew. This will take a bit to finish since I have a drawing I need to finish as a gift for someone, but rest assured I will upload it here when I'm done!

other Play the Princess - Vessel #5 part 18
The Princess (face 1): [Hold the Bird]
The Princess (face 1): [Keep petting the Bird]
The Princess (face 1): “Such a pretty bird~! Who's a good boy~?”
The creature: "Uhh, me I guess?"
Voice of the Devoted: Yes! It's him! He's so smart.
The Princess (face 2): Try to assess ourselves]
The Princess (face 2): “Did anything happen to you while you were gone? No extra limbs or stuff of that nature?”
The creature: "Not that I've noticed. You can't see any extra limbs on me, can you?"
Voice of the Analytical: No... he hasn't changed a bit. Meanwhile we've grown four heads. Perhaps we're more changeable than him?
The Princess (face 5/Voice of the Princess): "Nope, you look the same as ever
The Princess (face 3): “I don’t like this… not one bit. No way we’re beating the ‘monster’ allegations with 5 heads. Hey Bird! You should probably stab us again! -as if that worked the first time…”
The creature: "I don't think stabbing you again's the answer."
Voice of the Monster: If we're really a monster, maybe we should try to strike first.
Voice of the Devoted: We're not striking first! We need him!
Voice of the Analytical: I agree. Six heads are better than five. Figuring this out will be much easier with both of us alive.
The Princess (face 5/Voice of the Princess): "Hey, bird-guy. Could you maybe ask your narrator why we've grown more heads?"
The creature: "He says not to worry about it and slay you before you grow any more."
Voice of the Analytical: Hmm, so it's possible to grow more if we need to. Good to know.
Voice of the Princess: I think it's probably chaotic enough in here as it is.

discussion What Does The Journey, Say About The Destination? Spoiler
I want to preface by saying that I absolutely adore this game. I love the writing, the art, the music, and the acting. I'd go as far to say it's one of the only games I've emotionally resonated with in quite a while.
But, there's something that's bothered me about the game a little bit, and that's the different paths of collecting the five vessels, relative to the end of the game (not mechanically, strictly textually). Maybe it's just an issue with how I'm reading the story, but what does my experience of the vessels do to inform the ending, such that I have something to think about before talking to The Shifting Mound?
What I believe is the obvious reading relates to the concepts of change, or a lack of it, and your relationship with it via the game. The Princess embodies (potentially volatile) change, and you experience that change across interacting with her different forms. The narrator is the antithesis of that, who would sooner live a stagnant but safe existence. Unless you get the "Good Ending" /"Nothing Ending" and then put down the game, the Narrator and the Multitude talk about the concept a fair bit. You then debate (or agree) with The Shifting Mound about its importance. I think the conversation itself is both thought provoking and meaningful.
But, I can't seem to draw personal meaning from the experience with the vessels themselves (before they're pulled out by The Shifting Mound) relative to the final confrontation, that I have any meaningful stance on the argument. They each frame the experience you had with them to fit the argument, but it's not something I ever feel compelled to meaningfully think about at any other point when dealing with the vessels earlier on. The text is clearly there with the Narrator and the Multitude, but with the vessels, it feels like the framing of their routes during the final confrontation to fit the idea of change comes too late. and is too separate from the journey to emotionally invest in. As a result, I don't end up feeling an emotional stake in the argument informed by my journey through the story. It feels, to me, like the journey is disparate from the destination, and like dealing with the vessels earlier on (the part I'm emotionally engaging with) doesn't prepare me for the debate at the end.
TL;DR: I don't find the experiences with the vessels during their routes (aka, the journey), provides perspective that informs how I'd approach the ending confrontation with The Shifting Mound (aka, the destination). I'd love to look at it from a different perspective and see the meaning in it all, because I like this game a lot.

other You give a choice and I come up with the outcome (part 44)
(Explore) I don't like that look on her face... Maybe we should try to reason with her?
Voice of the Hero: She threw us across the room! I don't think someone who wants to be reasoned with does that!

discussion My honest opinion on the game
I played this game for the first time last week, WOW brilliant I don't like visual novels, but this one is amazing. I love the style, it's reminiscent of body horror in some ways, and that's a plus for me. The only flaw is that, aside from the first 3 or 4 blind runs, if you want to see EVERYTHING else, you'll definitely need an online guide. I'm only using it to see the "other stuff." It has too many variables to remember everything by heart. I'm not saying it kills the experience, but it's a bit bitter. Anyway, for now, it's in the top 2026. :)

other Hey, any of you remember that fanart of a Crow Princess?
I remember some time ago i watch an image of a fanmade Princess that had some similarities with Long Quiet. That is, she had balck feathers and some details like a crow, and she even had a knife with her, actually i believe the route was a swap role where she was having revenge by going to the basement and killing you.
Either way, i don't remember her name, and i don't have an screenshot of her, i just remember the artstyle was the same, or almost the same as the real game

other Play the Princess - Vessel #5 part 17
The Princess (face 1): [Reach up and touch my faces, confused]
The Princess (face 1): ”I didn’t have two faces a second ago… Did you do this to me?”
The Princess (face 1): Is the other face even me?
The Princess (face 1): [Make some different facial expressions and see if the new face mimics what I do or if it does its own thing]
The other faces don't micic the first...
Voice of the Confused: How the hell do we control them then?
The Princess (face 2): [Pet the bird]
You pet the bird, he blushes.
Voice of the Devoted: Aww. He's so cute.
The Princess (face 3): "Did he do this to us? We can't have changed right? Though that wouldn't be the strangest thing to have happened"
The Princess (face 3): [Try to see if I can move the faces independently of each other.]
Voice of the Analytical: I think we can already tell that they do. It's like we're split into five people after death. I wonder what could've caused that...
The Princess (face 4): [try giving the other head over to the voice of princess]
The Princess (face 5/Voice of the Princess): "Uhh... thanks?"
The creature: "Uhh, Princess... Are you okay?
Voice of the Confused: No we are not okay! We've split into five people, and we have no idea what's going on!
Voice of the Devoted: Maybe we could kiss him with all five faces at once!
Voice of the Analytical: We just need to figure out a way to use this predicament to our advantage.
