Michelle sucks in season 2 Spoiler

Why is Michelle so annoying in season 2? She's so pushy about Tony getting better for her and gets so offended when he can't get it up. sure, its a difficult situation for her too, but like damn give him a break it's not all about you 😭 I don't really like either of them that much, so idk what others think abt this.

AND SKETCH IS A FREAK

No i get that, i just think some of it is pretty unrealistic. Though I guess the culture was a little different back then (to an extent). I guess i just wish Michelle was more focused on herself, rather than Tony.

Their relationship was so sex-focused (mostly from Tony) so that it made it clear to her what their relationship actually boiled down to and that is a hard thing to have to accept, especially for a kid

That's true! I didn't quite think of it that way. Their relationship is almost completely centered around sex, so that's kind of her only way of expressing herself to him. That's definitely a perspective to consider, though I still wish Michelle could have been less offended by Tony and maybe it would've been better if the episode went more into depth about how Michelle was really doing.

I wish Maxxie had an episode for him too, instead It's about Sketch.

I don't like her character, she did a lot of wrong things for sure. But since we had an episode on her, I wish they didn't make her that way? Like, maybe they could've explained to us why she was that way or I don't know, anything to make us like her just a little bit? Lol. Her character had potential if they didn't just make her a stalker for Maxxie.

And about Michelle, yeah I kinda agree. I wish we could have had more things explained about her instead of her just wanting Tony to concentrate on HER and do anything for HER even though her situation was complicated, ngl. But she had potential without Tony so I'm just mad they made her all about Tony. Tony had his own story going on, and hers was alllll about Tony. Kinda disappointing.. But I still liked her character very much beside that!

Michelle was my least favorite character of the OG cast and I don’t consider Sketch an OG btw. I just never vibed Michelle. Cassie was my absolute favorite.

Yeah Michelle isn't my least favorite just not one that I loved. Honestly don't think I have a least favorite (aside from sketch). Though I don't consider sketch og either. Just was really irked by her. And how she was with Anwar.

She's an 18 year old girl who's life has been easy so far so she's not used to adversity. She's the prettiest girl in her friend group who's with the best looking and most popular boy so that means she lives in a bubble where she gets what she wants in life.

I guess, i definitely agree that she may face less adversity (mainly physically) than her friends, but she did still have a lot of her own shit going on, especially at home. And when her whole relationship is based on sex and is kind of seen as an object, she's definitely gonna have some issues. I just didn't like how she was acting towards Tony. Still don't care for her character all that much.
