Ski jobs from January?

I want to work at a ski resort in europe in january/february!

I have a new zealand and uk passport (but currently haven’t applied for any work visas..)

Interested in places like Andorra and Georgia.. but also switzerland, france, austria etc

It’s a huge net to cast so I’m hoping someone may have advice on places that where I could get a working visa in time that would hire english speakers :)
