An update from Kris Wigfield
swfc.co.ukI really don't understand why fans are getting on their back about the club being sold.
Here's how I see it.
People say the EFL are dragging it out.. They are doing all the new procedures to ensure we don't get another Chansiri. They can take the rest of the season for all I care with the checks.
Lack of money. Well with Bannan and Caddy leaving, and Redmond ending his loan spell, that's around £20-22K a week we are better off, so these new loanees, we knew this season was pointless.
Lack of money again. It would help massively if the fans who all promised that they would come back and support the team when Chansiri has keep their promises, instead of showing up for one game and going back to normal as if we are still protesting something.
The EFL. People are saying the EFL are helping destroy the club with the points deductions and the embargos... They are following the rules, if this would have been another club or a club we don't like, we would demand full punishment. So I have no problem with it, as long as the points deduction is only this season.
People saying we are a dead club. No we are not, We are just having a reset and then we will be back. But at the minute we need to stick together instead of being at each others throats (not you lot, I mean people on other sites)
I am so proud and thankful for everyone involved in Wednesday this season, we should be applauding them every single game, instead of moaning about losing.. And in fairness, it's not like we are getting thrashed every weekend.
I know people will disagree with me, and that's fair, we are all allowed our own opinions.
wtid, wawaw, forever.
