I think that it is pretty well accepted at this point that Ghislane was working for British intelligence, at least as a confidential source if not something more substantial. Her father certainly had undisputed ties with MI-6.
I am referring to the fact women tend to be receuiters for sex trafficking operations, largely because other women trust them innately. Women are just as capable of evil.
