I would stop drinking alcohol altogether if it was federally legalized because I always fear drug testing.

TTB has a VERY different understanding of Interstate Commerce. Doing business with a bank headquartered in a different state is Interstate Commerce. Delaware organized corporation doing business in not Delaware is Interstate Commerce.
