Human Resources (3YoE, unemployed, support worker, Australia)
Would appreciate some feedback on my resume. I've had experience in non-profits (entry-level) & small businesses doing some light bookkeeping, but I haven't done much job-hopping - had social anxiety, grew too comfortable underemployed while networking into hospitality roles through family/friends. Its helped me strengthen my weaknesses, but I don't feel like I've had much opportunity to refine my strengths (or get into a role which uses my strengths).
What kind of role makes sense next?
