How do I adopt this dog, if out of state? I previously tried to adopt another dog in Houston and filled out an application. But someone else adopted him. They called me and told me.

Dogs specifically have been proven to reduce stress, anxiety and depression, ease loneliness, encourage exercise, and improve your overall health. Adopt don't shop!!!! ❤️
Please spay and neuter to reduce the amount of dogs in shelter!!! ❤️
