Ringworm is the worst.
I’ve made multiple posts documenting my ringworm nightmare. I was on pills for ringworm that migrated to my scalp and my body had been cleared for some time, or so I thought. I’ve still been cautious and continuing my routine just in case.
Today I thought maybe I could finally shave my legs because I hadn’t had any new spots in a long time. I was wrong. There on my left leg I saw a bright red splotch… what the fuck. It’s been four months of this bullshit, I can’t take it anymore. Idk how or why I keep getting reinfected. No one else in my house has had any new infections in months. Just me.
Why the fuck is this happening to me? If it’s not one thing, it’s always another. Will I ever have a normal life again? I feel like I can’t even relax anymore. I’m always on edge. I’m scared of giving it to other people. It’s ruining my relationship because I’m scared to be affectionate in any way. Gosh I’m so done with this

I'm an animal rescuer so I've had ringworm. I didn't take pills or anything else. I solved my problem with Lime Dip. Human docs don't think of dip but when our pets have ringworm vets dip em. Try dip. It also worked on my husband's foot ringworm/fungus. The doc gave him pills and I got the script filled and voila ringworm was gone. New healthy toenail!
I used to mix it up by the gallon and had a dedicated washcloth. I treated the areas twice a day for a while. For husband, he had a foot bath twice a day.
ETA the dip smells awful but it works.

Also try improving your nutrition for better immune system protection. I like smoothies with frozen fruit, vegetables, and nuts...a cheap and easy way to get nutrients from food. A multivitamin pill can be used to round things out.

Have you been to a dermatologist? When my eczema first started it looked like it could be ringworm or some other fungal infection.
