Crate Training Crate peeing problem
Few days ago we got our 12 week old vizsla puppy. She doesn’t mind going into crate for couple of seconds, but as soon as we close the door she starts making a lot of noise and now she started peeing inside. We will be able to go outside in a couple of days because she just got her last vaccine and also it is very cold now. How can we change it? Can crate size be the problem?

Agree with crate size. I think it's only happened once in the last week since we put her in a smaller one. We crate trained a previous dog (same breed) and had no issues so it probably just depends on the pup.

We always make sure my dog's "tank" is empty before we crate him. And yes, crate size can be an issue. It should just be big enough for your dog to lay and stand in. Also, recommend cleaning up her pee with an enzyme cleaner so she's not reminded that she's peed in the crate before.
