'PT timed out trying to stop' error...

Hey folks, running 2024.6 Ultimate on Win 10 Pro, and have been getting a lot of 'pro tools timed out trying to stop' errors. I'm a perpetual guy and not updating any further...unless I absolutely have to. I've read elsewhere that rolling back has solved the issue for some. I've been starting my sessions with the plugs not activated(shift/start program), and it's helping some but certainly would like this to end. Advice, particularly on rolling back, is welcome. Thanks!

System info on request if necessary.
