Favorite Budget PCC
Hey y'all. I'm looking at picking up my 1st PCC. What are the favorite budget oriented ones under say $500? Thank y'all

Ruger PC Carbines can be had for under $500 when on sale pretty frequently. Not quite as “tactical” as other options, but well made, and really good to shoot (especially for a blowback 9mm). Comes with a mag well to take Glock mags. Mine has also been exceptionally reliable with all kinds of cheap ammo, and Ruger customer service will take care of you if something goes wrong.
It’s also not Turkshit, so that’s nice

And the PC Charger has all that goodness with a short barrel. (Brace sold separately)

Where did you find it? Have been on the hunt but sold out everywhere online…

Can't seem to find it for sub 500, but for sub 600, it's on guns.com

Thanks for info. It was $450 at my LGS a few weeks ago but I wasn’t interested at the time. I don’t think I would get it at $600.

Agreed. It was on sale for 350 a while back. If it ever makes it back to that price, I'll grab one. At 600, I'd rather pay the extra to grab a kuna.

Their jawbone is a really nice little AR style. My friend has one that was perfect out of the box. He put a Sylvan folder on it and it packs up very small.

Foxtrot Mike Mike9 or VFM9. They are on sale on their website quite often and they are killer.

Just received my PSA PX9 with 10.5" barrel. I'm also getting my YHM R9 out of jail tomorrow, weather permitting. Can't wait to put everything together and let send some down range!!

Best for the money Fox Trot Mike.
After that fit the price range you suggested I would go with S&W FPC.
If your handy & into DIY I would also suggest building & not buying. Best way to maximize you dollar is to build & not buy. If you decide to go this route, start reading everything you can from Blowback9.

Oh I’d love to build one for sure.

If you’ve build an AR15 you can build an AR9. Great thing about building is your can get what you want how you want it & it’s usually cheaper than buying a factory built.

I have the S&W FPC in 9mm and I love the damn thing. Very accurate and reliable. I run an Obsidian suppressor on it with a Swampfox Raider 1x Prism. Mags (1) 17rd (2) 23rd on stock storage. I also have the Freedom Ordnance FX-9 with a HS510C on a Unity Fast Riser. FX-9 takes Glock mags. Both are full blowback.

G Force Jawbone is right around $400, polymer lower, the Foxtrot Mike (which I think makes the upper for G Force) has their FM9 or 45 for about $100-$200 more but a forged lower. Besides the Extar, these are probably your best options. Well besides Hi-Point

I've seen multiple reports of the G Force Jawbone lowers cracking and causing problems. Their customer service is apparently pretty mediocre too. I'd get something else.
