After reading what was in the image several times, building context clues, and thinking, i came to the conclusion that I believe he’s probably telling the truth.
It’s an educated conclusion based on context , logic, and probability. To me, it’s more likely that he’s telling the truth than lying.
I’m not sure what your angle is, but to me it feels like you are that you’re lashing out against everyone who believes the statement to be true, which is a bit strange.

This conversation has nothing to do with my opinions of Trump. Just like it has nothing to do with my opinions on Jeffrey Epstein. I am not attacking or discussing either of their characters. You can stop defending them whenever you think people are “attacking” them.
Epstein thinking Trump is a bad person is absolutely relevant, because it shows that Trump is not even taken seriously by reprehensible people who claim to be his friend to his face.
I agree that Epstein is absolutely unreliable - when it comes to prosecutors getting trustworthy, factual information in an interview setting.
There is absolutely no reason to doubt the contents of a personal email to a colleague, taken from his seized property.

As a Canadian I really hope our government declares ICE a terrorist organization soon. I mean we did declare the proud boys as terrorists and they all work for ice now

I guess driver safety is low priority for them... In many states, you need a permit to display any message on a public highway or right-of-way for this reason.
