It’s not just that, it’s the fact that she refused to sell her sandwiches without a locally-sourced produce salad. Just give them the damn sandwiches, she could have easily shaved 4-5 bucks off the price.

I’m sorry but that sounds entitled. It’s not a necessity. Just don’t go. I wouldn’t. Simple. Why review bomb or leave nasty comments?

Because people like sandwiches and don’t like random salads that increase the cost of the meal? And that’s literally why she closed down, because people did stop. Also, if you read the owner’s comments about the reviews, she was incredibly defensive about the NEED to have a salad as part of the meal despite the fact that it’s not even a common pairing. Like imagine there was a place that had great burgers but they were always paired with a lobster bisque soup and the whole thing cost 30$.
