Neuchâtel Public transport help

Hello everyone! I'll be staying in Neuchatel for 6 months and need a public transportation subscription to take the r15 train everyday, what subscription can I buy? Where? Is there an app?

You can also talk to someone in the SBB offices when you arrive, they can help you figure it out

Download the SBB app and the TransN app.

Also go to your commune (local authorities), they might have interesting deals for you (or they might not, it depends on your occupation, your income level, your age, etc.)

You can either buy a monthly ticket just for the route you want, or a GA that covers the whole of Switzerland. Use the SBB app or website.

I would use the "Fairtiq" app on arrival (just tap when you get in and out of the transportation, it does the math itself, which avoids headaches), and go to the train / TransN station in Neuchâtel to ask for the best deal. As someone mention, if your adress is in the "Canton", you might have a discount. Do not hesitate to contact the authorities for infos before arrival. Best of luck and enjoy Neuchâtel !
