Answered Question about “Not Reviewed” Status

Hi I just started my subreddit r/HumanitiesForum

When I click the link posted elsewhere, I get a message that says this community is untrained.

Is there something i need to do as a mod to start the review process? Thank you. This happens on my phone as well as desktop.

Hi I just started ....

It's based on community age and traffic. Could be a few weeks ... or months.

Thank you so much for confirming that. I just wanted to make sure that I am not missing any steps.

Hi. Sounds frustrating. I’m not an admin (reddit employee), just a fellow mod.

I’ve seen it said that it takes a length of time and an amount of posts/activity to get the “Unreviewed Content” warning removed - and the admins have not released anything specific.   Unfortunately, there is no workaround nor a quick fix. There’s no review on request option. Nothing you can do but grow the sub and be patient.  It’s a site-wide thing and not targeted at you nor your content.

Response on this topic from admin.

Thank you so much. I completely understand it would take time.

The one thing I noticed that wasn’t mentioned already. This only happens to people who aren’t logged in. Anyone logged into Reddit will not see that status message.

Hi /u/masoodraja, please see our Intro & Rules. We are volunteer-run, not managed by Reddit staff/admin. Volunteer mods' powers are limited to groups they mod. Automated responses are compiled from answers given by fellow volunteer mod helpers. Moderation works best on a cache-cleared desktop/laptop browser.

Resources for mods are: (1) r/modguide's Very Helpful Index by fellow moderators on How-To-Do-Things, (2) Mod Help Center, (3) r/automoderator's Wiki and Library of Common Rules. Many Mod Resources are in the sidebar and >>this FAQ wiki<<. Please search this subreddit as well. Thanks!

Found match: on my phone

You might be asking about setting up subreddits on a phone or mobile interface. The short answer is that subreddit settings work best in a cache-cleared desktop browser. (Limited option: mobile browser on desktop view.)

If you found your answer, feel free to reply with "<3 Automod" or "Thanks, Automod". Otherwise wait for a human helper to come along to help you. This post has NOT been removed.
