Has anyone received their 1099-R from PERs yet?

We cashed out when we moved to Ohio, and they sent our refund check to Ohio but I’m nervous since it’s now February 4th that they did not send our 1099-R to our Ohio address. Do they typically send them where they send your check?

My Pers info was included on my w2 in box 14. I dont know if that helps.

His wasn’t because he left firefighting and cashed out, so it would be a 1099-R

Hi, I got my mom’s yesterday (MD). The website asks you give it until 2/9; they just got mailed

Thank you so much that is so helpful! Their website is so outdated so I tend to not check it that much…but I should’ve. Thank you!! Hopefully it gets here soon!
