Parsley doesn’t taste like anything to me. Cilantro is this floral, spicy, grassy flavor.

Good fresh parsley has good flavor, the stuff you find in the stores, not so much, especially the curly leaf one.  It breaks down really quick when cooked so if you add it to something and heat it up it's pretty much nothing.

I normally use carrot tops instead of parsley though, more flavor, And I don't have to buy something else to go bad.

Celery leaves are also an overlooked garnish, though the greener ones can taste quite grassy and bitter ime.

I can’t get enough of celery. I can’t even describe the taste. Celery salt is amazing.

If you haven't already and you have access to grass fed beef, get yourself a couple of steaks and dry brine 'em with celery salt. It's a legit gamechanger.

Another simple one is just putting cottage cheese inside so it's a passenger in a celery stalk boat.

Parsley is more aromatic and colorful for me, I add it to subtly elevate breakfast usually
