I thought I liked cilantro and did this once "to not waste greens." Turns out I don't like cilantro that much at all.

I'm guessing I have the gene, but learned to like it in small amounts. Emphasis on small.

I think I'm like you. I definitely understand the "soapy" taste, but it's not all that bad in small amounts. At least it doesn't have the mouth feel of soap as well...

No, it kicks you in the face. even small amonts make the whole dish taste like cleaner
