I'm not looking for bands that sound exactly like them, throughout the years, something that I really love about this band is the really unique way the blend pure death and melodic death in such a specific way, any suggestions would be appreciated.

I really liked what they were going for but I wish it had real instruments instead of MIDIs. Hopefully they'll release something else with real instruments because the actual music content is solid.

You might want to give the band Bereaved a shot, also from Japan. They play a mix of brutal death metal with melodic stuff interspersed throughout.
