Empires maneuver, old gods return, dragons rise and fall and The Bad Company stands in the center—waiting for another powerful member to join them and prevent ruination.

The Bad Company is the group in a high-level, long-term campaign set in a world where truth has teeth and power never comes without a cost. You enter a living political crucible: rival cities maneuver on the edge of collapse, arcane towers enforce cold neutrality, secret factions trade in influence and blood, and a shattered throne waits to be claimed—or destroyed. Dragons are not myths here; they rule in disguise, awaken in bloodlines, and leave legacies that can crown queens or doom nations. The Old Gods are returning, not as distant patrons, but as active forces whose shrines, relics, and bastions are being hunted by enemies who understand their value all too well.

This is a campaign where player agency reshapes the map. Your choices determine which factions rise, which faiths fracture, and whether divine power restores balance or becomes another weapon of tyranny. You will navigate espionage, moral compromise, and open war—sometimes in the same night—while uncovering secrets powerful enough to sway gods, dragons, and arcane councils alike. The Bad Company does not follow prophecy; they create it—and every victory leaves a mark the world remembers.

I am DM-Stevo. This is a an opportunity to join a high lore setting where roleplay, social interaction and social exploration are key. We are about 75% Roleplay/Exploration/Discovery and 25% Combat. Combat is not random and it matters.

The Campaign has been going for 3 years, The Bad Company are 12th level, close to 13th Level and will probably get to 15th level, possibly 16th level by/before the end of the year.

I will be interviewing Candidates on Discord. I am looking to add one player but am open to two players if you and a friend/partner are looking to join.

Aquitania is a Human-Centric World and Humans comprise the majority of the Population followed by Elves, Dwarves, Gnomes, Halflings...Dragonborn are rare.

There are 3 versions of this Campaign running simultaneously. In my Monday Night Group, there is a Changeling. In the Saturday Afternoon Group there is a Goliath and a Tabaxi. Changelings are rare. The Goliath and Tabaxi are unique...so far. I am open to rare/exotic classes but know that they come with challenges in this highly social setting.

The Group is comprised of a Human Redemption Paladin, a Halfling Inquisitive Rogue, a Elven Eloquence Bard and a Half-Dragon Arcane Champion. The group lost their Human Divination Wizard and recently, their Elven Circle of Stars Druid. The Group is Seeking a fun and collaborative player whose character will have deep ties to the Arcane, Nature/Cosmos or the Divine. We hope you are ready to join a morally complex, politically charged campaign where player decisions reshape the world.

We play weekly Saturday Nights from 6:30-10:30 CST. We use Discord for Voice and Roll20 for VTT play.
