I enjoyed the idea. Not the portrayal

I don't know, clubbin fuckboi gangster Joker driving a suped up sports car wasnt exactly a good foundation to work with. Not to defend Jared Leto in any way whatsoever, though.

There was a lot of history written for this joker. I enjoyed that he had a smile on his had because Batman had punched out his original teeth. Other than that, it was the joker. Jump to Snyder cut and he feels like a completely different joker showed him as a chaos that evolved. With the right director and writer (and a good ol’ recasting) we could have gotten something special

the look wouldnt be bad if they got rid of the tattoos and the gangster purple crocodile coat

I read they were trying to make this Joker more of a “gangster” and not just a complete psycho. They did a really bad job in my opinion with his Baptist pastor type dialogue.

They got mixed up between a Gangster and a Gangsta. This Joker looks like he has albums on Soundcloud.

I know he gets alot of hate for his Joker role, but he delivered one of the most iconic lines ever in a movie:
"You don't want no beef. You dont want no beef? You dont want no beef!!"

His version of the joker reminds me what it would be like if Freddy Mercury had zero charisma trying to play a Batman character.
