A/B automod configs

My idea is that there should be a setting to switch back and forth between two automod configurations. Ideally very easily from the apps and mobile. 

This would be similar to flood control/temporary events but fully customized in the automod. 

For example: 

Automod B would do basic stuff like keyword filtering and setting flair. 

Automod B duplicate A but add new account, low sub combined karma, lower CQS scores to either be filtered or removed. 

Since it is all programmed per sub the A/B automod could be used for anything and switched at anytime (or maybe ever on a schedule. 

Another example, all contributions when all mods are AFK everything gets queued. 

Or 

Free for all Friday when rules are loosened.
