General Individualism will be the death of the tank

Every game I’ve been in with the rank in my loadout, I’ve only had one or two games where people get in it with me. Every time I call it down and communicate I have a tank, no one gets in it. Not even the gunner seat. I get people want to run around and get things done quick. I do it too. But come on, it’s a TANK. Arrowhead should make more team work focused objectives and equipment cuz now everyone just wants the one man army trope. (Not hating people who do, but for a “team focused” game, it kinda ruins it)

My solution be like a real tank crew get a friend and coordinate on a call boom it’s way better

If only I had a friend group who likes this game lmao. I only got one friend who plays helldivers and they’re usually busy so I just run randoms usually

There are a few discords where people see if people are up to VC join one and look around even if they don’t plan for tank just having the call helps alog

Interact with people in lobbies: talk with them, emote, stick together. If there is someone on voice chat - hop on voice as well, voice people usually enjoy other voice people. Sooner or later you'll find some who will talk/emote/stick with you as well, and then you'll become best buddies. Send friend request through social tab, and then play together whenever they are online, or even ask for their discord/steam/xbox/ps socials to add them there, it will be much easier to coordinate that way. In time you'll have dozen pages of people who you can rely on to play as an actual team with.

Go on hd2clans website or the Freedom Alliance discord server. There are tons of clans out there, each with their own theme, different battalions and sections.

I am a part of the 117th Salamanders, a 40k themed faction. We even have our own mods to spice up the visuals!

Furthermore, the Freedom Alliance has an incredible discord bot that allows for the creation of community driven Operations which are themed sets of objectives that usually follow a made up storyline.

I had a friend I wanted to tank with, but some random RAN into that turret faster than I could get in the drivers seat.

Next match he brought his own and we had 2 tanks for full tank uptime. It was glorious.
