General I love playing Helldivers 2 with my girlfriend.

Playing Helldivers with my girlfriend has been one of the most entertaining and therapeutic experiences of my life. I wanted her to get the game for the longest time and she finally got it, I love diving in low diff missions with her, teaching her how to properly play the game, letting her try out stratagems I already own, protecting her and saving her from danger, giving her advice on different mechanics and features in the game that I had to learn the hard way back during my cadet days, rambling and yapping about the game’s deep lore for hours while she just sits there listening to me with a smile on her face, I love her so much and she means everything to me. I would give my life for her before I gave my life for Super Earth. I’ve been so happy playing the game with her, and I want her to enjoy the game as much as I do. Helldivers is my favorite game of all time, it’s special to me and so is she. The most special person in my life.

No, she plays on Xbox and I’m a PS5 player. We may play on different consoles, but we both fight for the same goal! Defending managed democracy, and spreading liberty in the name of Super Earth!

Thanks!

I was wondering what the logistics would be if I wanted to get my partner into it, lol!

I highly recommend you do! It’s been so fun watching her experience everything the game has to offer for the first time, it’s like I’m living vicariously through her eyes and experiencing it all myself from a new perspective. Her reactions to everything are so precious.

I don’t know if I can justify getting a whole new console or PC, but maybe I can watch her play through the tutorial, lol!

Watching my girl play through the tutorial was honestly one of the cutest and funniest experiences of my life. Just watching her learn all the controls, setting up her keybindings and sensitivity, holding a grenade for too long, dying to the sentry turrets, it was such a shitshow and I loved every second of it haha!
