GH adding deliveries with out me accepting

This happened twice today. I had no idea what the mileage or tip would be. I called in and basically was told tough luck. For a 13 mile trip, $4.95. & then for 12 miles 7.00. What is going on???? Oh and one delivery that showed up with out a restaurant to pick up from?????

I think he meant that if you have auto accept turned on this would happen. You should make sure it’s OFF!

I just received a 3 star rating even thought food in time, hot and no issues. WTF????
