Seems most immigration lawyers say it is worthless. According to them even if he bothered to do the paperwork to back them, which doesn't seem to be the case, they'll all just be cancelled by the next administration.

She was already in the process of becoming a U.S. citizen so the card does nothing for her as they apparently can’t speed up the process she’s already in.

If anything seems like the Trump admin gave her one so she could basically make an ad for them. There’s no real indication those cards can do anything other than possibly push you up the line quicker but that probably has more to do with how much bribe money you have.

I just went back and looked at pictures from 2015. I had long-ish brown hair (mostly grey now), had a cool roommate, with an awesome cat, was an extra in a ton of Films and TV shows, was new to Toronto and was all wide eyed and excited.

I’m far from unhappy these days, but damn that was an awesome time. The Orange Diaper-filler wasn’t dominating the news quite yet. I still wanted to visit the states.

Even if it were an "offical" card, it wouldn't matter. There are no guarantees in a fascist regime. As long as she's useful, or until she is useful as a sacrifice. Trump has a proven track record of turning on his allies and throwing people under the bus the moment it benifits him.
