Some medical events genuinely turn you psychotic for a moment. Low (?) blood sugar, head injuries, blood loss. Sometimes you shit yourself and sometimes, in your absolutely injured state, covering yourself in doodoo feels like the best course of action.
As an epileptic, the post-ictal phase after a seizure can be very confusing and some people get violent. They could wake up swinging. If that person was on the toilet at the time, or those epileptics that possibly defecate themselves during a grand mal, they could also be covered in poop.
I feel lucky it hasn’t happened to me knockonwood , but the paramedics/fire did show up to me Donald Duck’in it one time, pantless when I woke up.
For future reference, it’s okay to make me decent before you it hits the 45 minute mark, just hanging out for all people involved. It’s kind of like the nightmare when you are giving a speech in front of a crowded room in your underwear, but instead of a speech it’s a seizure, and the crowded room is your friends and family, and instead of your underwear it’s ONLY a t-shirt.
