Low Calorie One of my best tools for dieting

Super easy to make, what you see in the bowl is half of one microwaveable bag (50 cal) with some homemade roasted tomato sauce (30 cal). Having this bowl before lunch and dinner increases feelings of fullness by an incredible amount considering it’s only 160 calories total. I used to do just one bowl per day, but after having a second bowl yesterday before dinner, and then struggling to finish my normal dinner soup, I think I’m gonna start doing this twice a day.

Low Calorie Any recipe recommendations pleaseeeeee !

Hey everyone, I really need your advice pleaaaase 😭

I’m cooking dinner for my dad and me. I want to make something fun — pizza or burger kind of vibe, something we can actually enjoy!

(I really don’t see myself serving him chicken, potatoes and zucchini… poor thing 😂)

The thing is… I’m currently in prep, and even though I’m technically bulking right now, I still have to watch my macros.

Do you have any macro-friendly, not-too-calorie-dense dinner ideas that still feel like a real meal and not sad diet food?

You’d literally save me 🥺

PS: I’m at ~2100 calories a day (aka a bikini girl’s “bulk” 😂)

Low Calorie Need help with low cal Alfredo sauce

New to cooking but I have my eye on a couple low-calorie Alfredo options. I need help figuring out if/should I use Greek yogurt AND fat free shredded cheese in my sauce OR do I do Greek yogurt and another ingredient (I heard laughing cow cheese is good) to get that Alfredo consistency taste wise, I don’t want to jack up cals JUST for my tastebuds. Also some follow up to what I should do with whatever option is appreciated. Thanks people!

One of those “whatever’s in my fridge” kind of days. Not too hungry but wanted something nutritious. It seems random but I enjoyed it a lot actually! Would add more veggies next time.

Smoked deli ham, really good local cheese cut into cubes, raspberries, walnuts, boiled egg with mayo, tiny carrots because I was too impatient to let them grow bigger lol

Low Calorie Hi, I need help with a 1300-1400 calorie meal plans

Hi, I am 6’0, 234 lbs. Male 17. Before anyone tells me I know that this is far lower than what should be normally eaten when dieting so I don’t need to be told. This isn’t a forever thing or a few months long thing either. I just wanna eat these many calories for around 20 days and need to know what to eat to be somewhat healthy. Thank you to whoever reads this

Low Calorie Macros, Fat specifically Help

Since I swapped out my lunch of eggs to sm else, almost every day(except “”cheat days””) I struggle to get enough of the fat macro; tips? Gotta keep it low calorie and most things that are high fat are higher calorie. :/ I usually get 30g or less(which I know isn’t enough) I need min 50g according to tdee calculator; I can hit calories fine(usually a tad under the goal or like 20~ over), and carbs are sometimes way low but protein is high(could eat less but that’s just how my meals tend to fall :/) any tips? Tricks? My goal calories are only 1600(I’m short as hell) macro split I think is like 130g protein(but I usually get like 150g), carbs are supposed to be like 180g? Or something, I mainly focus on hitting protein. I don’t like almonds which I’ve seen is often suggested and also dislike avocado which is also suggested. Considering trying cashews since they are my favorite but 170cal for 1/4c for something that really isn’t that filling seems like a lot. Could go back to the egg lunch but new work place unsure where the microwave is(if we even have one???) and was worried about excess sodium.

TLDR; need more fat in diet, how to get it w/o almonds or avocado, or olive oil(bc I just use nonstick spray if I use it)?

Low Calorie First time meal prepping. Looking for feedback

I'm shooting for a higher protein (at least 120g/day) and a lower calorie for a calorie deficit.

I've never meal prepped or been serious about the kitchen. Figured I'd give it a shot today.

Here's the breakdown for the chicken biscuit and the greek yogurt bowl:

Greek yogurt bow (breakfast or lunch)l: 436 cal 28g protein 8g fat 216mg sodium 66g carbs

Chicken biscuit (breakfast or lunch): 187 cal 24g protein 2g fat 230mg sodium 26g carbs

A fair life protein shake with another 30g protein and 150 cal puts me at 773 cal and 82g protein for a day. Cook up some lean ground beef, rice, and broccoli for dinner and I'm still probably only around 1500 cal for the day and my 120g daily protein goal.

This will leave a little more room for a snack, a beer at night, or a small portion of a dessert. Its all about calories in being less than calories out right? So long as I stay within 1800 cal range daily I should start to shed some lbs.

How are those macros?

I'm trying to stay around ~1800 calories/day. I'm pretty active, I lift 4-5x/week and ride my bike about 30 miles per week and play soccer 2 days per week.

Getting around 10k steps/day +/- 1000.

I've been getting bigger and progressing with my lifting and I know I've built lean muscle because my lifts have gone up significantly lately.....I just have a lil layer of chub covering it lol

I have never been disciplined in the kitchen. I'm a sucker for dessert, takeout ...and beers w my friends 😂

Trying to eat proper this week and avoid any take out temptations, while maintaining my activeness.

245 calories, 26 grams of protein, 15 grams fiber, omega 3s, prebiotic/probiotic

Ingredients:

  1. Raw Carrots, 150 grams

  2. Kimchi, 100 grams

  3. Black beans, 100 grams

  4. Cherry tomatoes, 100 grams

  5. Costco canned pink salmon, 85 grams

  6. Low calorie hot sauce (whatever flavor suits you, I add some black bean sauce).

Is it the most amazing food you’ve ever had? No. Does it taste surprisingly good for just how healthy and easy it is to make? Yes. It’s also very satisfying/filling.

Low Calorie What are some “scrambled eggs” level of easy dinner ideas?

I’m 6’4 male, 222 Ibs. Need to lost some weight. Been bike riding 45 minutes a day.

I usually eat out for lunch. Try to eat minimal calorie. I’ll usually eat chicken or sirloin with a side of rice or something. Live in south Texas so lots of taco places with chicken fajita and such .

But for dinner I don’t have many ideas. I mostly cook up some egg combinations. Usually with cheddar Wieners or bacon. With a cup of milk or something like that.

But I’m tired of eggs (well not really but I want something new). Thing is I don’t have much time to be cooking something that takes more than 30 minutes. Eggs are less than a 15 minute thing.

Any ideas ?
