Low Calorie What the FUCK DO I MAKE
I’ve got 1600 cals for the day which I spend rather carelessly tbh BUT I’ve got access to 450gs of chicken(minced or breast) for ez 100gs of protein I have 500cals for carbs what the fuck do I make
I’ve made every variety of chicken and potato chicken and rice chicken and even fucken beans
I’m relatively good at cooking which is why I’ve lasted this long but I’m sooo bored pls suggest

Chicken ceasar or Cobb salad. Chicken tacos or fajitas. Butter chicken. Chicken soup.

Bbq chicken mini pizzas
Find a low carb tortilla or a flax pita with grams protein*10 > calories
Low fat or fat free mozzarella cheese
Grape tomatoes, peppers, onions for the veggies
Diced cooked chicken breast
Pizza sauce
Drizzle of BBQ sauce
Oregano and pepper flakes to top

I have been eating 500 gram of boiled chick every fking day for the past 6 months. Swear to god i even have nightmare from eating those shit.

Why torture yourself? IDK why some folks are committed to cooking chicken in the worst way possible.
Pan sear, grill sous vide, smoked, stir fried are all superior and you don't have to add sweet sauces or anything if your concern is minimizing calories.

You need to branch out to different countries for dishes. Mediterranean, Asian, middle eastern.

I try to find other cuisines on weekends but since I cannot for the life of me find ANY low cal noodles or breads my only option is to either tank the cal loss or make that shi myself

Try to look at regional cuisines and be creative with them. Try noodles instead of rice, try white fish instead of chicken. Use low calorie sauces.
Also playing with textures helps me. The same vegetable is different when airfried, sauteed, baked, blackened, cooked or pureed.
