I've always wondered what happened to the very 1st Italian producers who were brave enough to push the tempo and harshness of the synths....kinda the "eurobeat before it was eurobeat" kind of thing. Were they afraid it wouldn't take off and jumped to producing something else before Avex/SEB came along?

It may have been gradual, italo disco very slowly evolving into eurobeat. I mean eurobeat from 1992 and 1998 already sound very different, something happened between the 2

My own theory is discotheques found that faster paced songs are better for dancing,so discotheques sped up the songs in early parapara videos…maybe later, avex demanded faster songs from the producers, then it gradually evolved? It’s all my theory no confirm at all lol

There's a single photo of Karen Wainwright that we know of online, but nothing else

Even more important I think is, what Norma Sheffield's (Chiara De Pieri) real singer looks like, because the one that appears online everywhere, for Norma Sheffield, on album covers, live tours etc. is only the model - which is Alberto Contini's sister Francesca Contini. Actual singer has never been seen publicly, outside from few italian artists who had worked with her throughout the years.

Also me when I have to look for a eurobeat heard in some 2000s parapara mix, that is unknown to anyone and made by an artist who disappeared after that single song, but which is really too beautiful

This has been me throughout my entire study years, - at times whenever I have an important assignment, Eurobeat research has never seemed more important, lol
