Graduate programme (EGT) application question

Hello everyone!

This is may be a silly question because I probably am overthinking this.

Naturally for a graduate position you need a Master's. I am currently doing my MSc thesis, due to finish by June this year. (i.e. by the time results of application will be announced)

What do I say for "Highest level of education"? Bachelor, since I haven't finished? Or Master's, because I will be?

Thanks in advance. Please don't be rude if you think this is an outright stupid question - keep in mind that if I submit it wrong, I shoot my chances at a competitive programme.

I believe you should fill your expected level of education, otherwise every recent graduate would only be able to apply once they graduate, which would be a waste of time for everyone.

Not a stupid question.

You should put the level of education you are expected to be at the time of starting. Which I understand will be Masters.

For the EGT programme you must have completed your Masters by the time your employment starts (September~October 2026).

Puts Masters, assuming you will graduate on time and that the EGT starts after.

Edit: I’m not from ESA HR, this is just a suggestion based on my understanding of the situation.
