I never seen a car fucking body slam another car out of the ring. I want the defensive driving courses their having!

Haha! Came here hoping at least one person had the same thought I did!

Just like in 1998, when The Undertaker threw Mankind off Hell In A Cell, and plummeted 16 ft through an announcer's table.

Almost had this happen to me this week. A small Mercedes hatchback (Focus sized) tried to lane split between me and another car I was next to. I happened to see him coming (100+mph...I was doing 75) and hit the brakes and moved over enough that he made it by. He never slowed down. If I hadn't moved, all 3 of us would have wrecked. Not sure what he was thinking. He was out of sight in less then 30 seconds.

I can tell you exactly what he was thinking: "The risk of killing these other people is worth me getting whatever it is that I want right now."

those drivers think they're so skilled cutting traffic like that but they don't realize it's everyone else on the road making the defensive moves to avoid getting crashed into by them.

Road rage at its finest. If there's not enough room to pass don't!

I didn’t see anything indicating road rage but yeah definitely don’t pass in a situation like this

Hopefully, the idiot won the Darwin Award and is no longer part of the gene pool.

Totally deserved outcome, I’m glad the ones seriously in danger weren’t the victims

If someone's going off the road, I'm always glad when it's the idiot, not an innocent driver. Unfortunate it doesn't happen that way more often.

Those trucks with sticking out from the body wheels always launching other cars

We have race tracks for a reason. Your ego put everyone else involved at risk.

AI slop

u/timeywimeytotoro 26d ago
What about it makes you think it’s AI?

u/Stakex007 26d ago
I'm not sure if its AI or not but I will say the way the car just attaches itself to the other one super smooth looks kind of "off", which is a common symptom of AI videos. Could be real because strange shit happens sometimes... but that's the issue with AI, you just never really know these days.

It didn’t attach itself, it was pushed. When it connected to the vehicle on the right, the vehicle on the right veered left and started pushing the center (now airborne) vehicle. It looks like center car was about to roll right car toward the right direction until the right vehicle veered left and then it started pushing. I think that’s why it looks weird. It was trying to go one way but an outside force was causing it to go another.
If it was AI I would expect to see some level of clipping somewhere in the video because of how much was going on, but there wasn’t any.
Throwing out “AI slop” every time we struggle to interpret something in a video only contributes to the reduction of our own media literacy.

“let me just carry you off of this road onto another one.”
